We love our new fireplace. Andy went the extra mile for us from start to finish. Of course we... thought we wanted the bigger model but after talking to Andy about our home space he helped us realize the smaller version of the Marquis would generate plenty of heat. He was 100% on the mark steering us in the right direction. If we went with the bigger version we would barely be able to use the fireplace.Custom Fireplace's Installers Forest and Mike were courteous and professional and went out of there way to help installing a mantle along with everything they needed to do with the initial installation work.The fireplace is the place to be in our house during this cold, wet winter. It made our whole living room and it ads a "comfy" level our house never had.read more
